I want to become an exhibitor Svět knihy Praha 2023

1. Registration Fee 2,500 CZK includes:

• entry in the Exhibitors’ Catalogue 
• 1 copy of Exhibitors’ Catalogue 
• 10 one-day tickets 
• 1 banquet invitation 
• featuring in the book fair orientation system

2. Exhibition Space

• 1m² for registration before December 31, 2022 3,500 CZK
• 1m²​​​​​​​ for registration after December 31, 2022 3,750 CZK (Failure to comply with payment terms will result in a price increase of 100 CZK /m2)  
• 1m²​​​​​​​ for national exhibitions in the international section 3,150 CZK
• Small Exhibition Space for registration before December 31, 2022   11,800 CZK*
• Small Exhibition Space for registration after December 31, 2022  12,300 CZK* 

*Includes: exhibition space (c. 2 m2), construction, lighting, sign - up to 25 letters, 3 panels, 4 book shelves, 1 table, 2 chairs  

3. Extra Charge for Type of Stand (calculated from price for exhibition space)

• Corner (2 walls) - from 12 m²​​​​​​​ 7%
• Peninsular (1 wall) - from 20 m²​​​​​​​ 15%
• Island - from 50 m²​​​​​​​ 20%
• Additional Floor - extra charge calculated from the price of space covered by the additional floor. 50%

4. Extra Charge Catalogue Information

• 1st line (70 characters, incl. gaps) Price includes translation into Czech FREE
• Additional text: 1 line = 70 characters, incl. gaps | price includes translation into Czech 200 CZK / line
• Logotype 600 CZK

5. Stand Construction (provided by Svět knihy, s.r.o.)

• Module A 690 CZK / m²​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
• Module B 1,100 CZK / m²​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
• Module C 1,230CZK / m²​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
• Module D 7,230 CZK / 4 m²​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ * includes: peripheral walls, front overhang, company name, stand number, 2 spot lights, carpet, sales counter (100 x 50 x 100 cm) with a shelf, 12 book shelves, trash basket. (incl. electricity – only for lights, electrorevision)
