Poet, bohemicist and translator, Zofia Bałdyga was born in 1987 in Warsaw. She graduated in Slavic studies at the University of Warsaw and published the poetry collections Passe-partout (2006), Współgłoski (2010) and Kto kupi tak małe kraje (2017). She translates newest Czech and Slovak poetry into Polish. She is the editor of the poetry anthology entitled Sąsiadki (Neighbouress) published by Warstwy publishing house and introducing ten Czech authors who have made their literary debuts in the last decade.
