Michel Bussi

Michel Bussi (*1965) is a political scientist and university professor of geography, widely regarded as one of France’s leading contemporary thriller writers. He rose to international prominence with intricately plotted suspense novels such as Black Water Lilies (2011) and After the Crash (2012), which have been translated into more than thirty languages and adapted for television. More than 8 million copies of his books have been sold worldwide, and each new release becomes an instant best-seller. Trojí život, his latest novel to be translated into Czech (by Tereza Prymak), has been published by Bourdon in 2025.
