The novel Er mor død (Is Mother Dead, 2020), her first work to be published in Czech by Argo in a translation by Barbora Grečnerová, tells the story of the closest yet most complex interpersonal relationship between mother and daughter. The author’s latest book, Kull i brystet (Lump in the Breast, 2025), which she wrote with her daughter Line Norman Hjorth, is a confession about the experience of breast cancer treatment.
