This Burundian actress and playwright co-founded the theatre group Troupe les Enfoirés de SaNoLaDante. In her plays, she emphasizes social justice and gender equality. While her work remains focused on the Burundian stage, several of her plays have reached the international stage, including A little of Everything, a Lot of Nothing, which was read at the Languages of Africa Festival in Burkina Faso in 2020, and Procès aux mémoires, which was read at the Avignon Festival in France in 2022. The play Les Rassérénnées, written with Mathilde Faure, was performed several times in Bujumbura in 2023 and is scheduled to tour in Africa in 2024. Laura Sheïlla Inangoma is in Prague as part of the writing residency Prague, City of Literature.
