He graduated in Political Science with a major in International Affairs and later obtained a postgraduate diploma in law, economics, and politics of the European Community. He worked for many years at the Province of Treviso as a manager in various sectors, he has also been project manager in several international cooperation projects funded by the European Union in Latin America and Asia, in particular China, India, Chile, South of Brazil, Peru and Argentina. Since June 2020, he has been the President of the Štěpán Zavřel Foundation.
